Read the purchase condition
The reviewed Xbox product page names Game Pass Essential, Premium and Ultimate for cloud play and explicitly requires ownership of the game. A cloud badge alone does not establish a subscription-library entitlement.
Console multiplayer is a separate requirement
The same page lists a qualifying Game Pass subscription requirement for online console multiplayer. Buying the game, cloud access and multiplayer subscription access are separate conditions.
Check your account region and the current store entitlement before subscribing or purchasing; this page does not promise availability in every region.
