Current 1.0 regions
New Laurentia represents the North American wilderness; Kilimaya Reserve is the African hunting ground. The official FAQ also lists the Hearth & Hunt Headquarters map, which is smaller and includes additional hunting opportunities.
What the roadmap means
The developer says future paid DLC plans include new hunting regions. A roadmap plan does not mean the region is currently available. Check a dated official announcement and the store listing before treating a future location as released.
