A pass is not every expansion released today
The FAQ describes eight planned first-year DLCs. Buying the pass establishes an entitlement according to the listing, not the present availability of every planned map or feature. Use each DLC’s release notice to determine what you can play.
Heirloom and pre-order benefits
The FAQ describes earlier Heirloom and 24-hour early-access offers in pre-release language. Those statements do not establish that every new Deluxe purchase today receives the Heirloom Pack. The FAQ explicitly distinguishes Heirloom from the Season Pass.
