What is confirmed for 1.0
Nine Rocks Games’ roadmap says 1.0 shipped with 28 species. Its launch notice names large animals such as moose, elk, bison, lions, hippos, and Nile crocodiles, as well as small game and birds. The two principal hunting grounds are New Laurentia and Kilimaya Reserve.

Trophies and future additions
The trophy system is procedurally generated, according to the official FAQ. Non-typical trophy variations were not ready at the 1.0 launch and remain roadmap items. The official sources do not publish a universal 5-star fitness threshold.
